Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of accuracy or availability.

Eligibility Requirements (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Deal Room HQ services. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this service.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Deal Room HQ, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms.

Account & Contact Information Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information on your account. Any changes to your name, email address, phone number, or other information must be updated immediately. Deal Room HQ is not responsible for missed communications due to inaccurate contact information provided by you.

Website Usage Rules

When using Deal Room HQ, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree that all information provided by you is accurate and that you will not provide false or misleading information.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Deal Room HQ:

• Accessing or using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing our content without permission

SMS Messaging Program Overview

Deal Room HQ offers an SMS text messaging program that delivers property alerts, deal updates, appointment reminders, and other communications to your mobile device. This program is optional and requires your explicit opt-in consent. You can manage your SMS preferences or opt out at any time.

Types of SMS Messages Sent

Through our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Marketing Messages: New deal alerts and property updates matching your criteria
• Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Account Notifications: Important updates about your account
• Informational Messages: Market updates and investment information

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Message frequency depends on the number of deals matching your criteria and market activity in your target locations. You may receive multiple messages daily during active deal periods or few messages during slower periods. We encourage you to set SMS preferences that align with your preferences.

Message & Data Rates Disclosure

Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and may vary. Deal Room HQ is not responsible for any message or data charges incurred. Contact your mobile service provider to understand your plan's messaging rates and options.

Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You can opt out of marketing SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Deal Room HQ. You will receive a confirmation message. Your opt-out request will be processed within 10 business days. To opt out of all messages including transactional notifications, reply STOP again.

Customer Support Instructions (HELP)

To get customer support or information about our SMS program, reply HELP to any message from Deal Room HQ. You can also contact us directly at deals@dealroomhq.com or (215) 470-0151. These instructions are included in every SMS message for your convenience.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Deal Room HQ is not responsible for any delays in message delivery, failed message delivery, or any technical issues with SMS communications. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delays or failures in delivering SMS messages. Deal Room HQ makes no guarantee regarding message delivery or timing.

No Guarantee of Message Delivery

While we make efforts to deliver all messages, Deal Room HQ does not guarantee timely or complete message delivery. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to network issues, carrier problems, or other technical factors. Important information should not be relied upon solely through SMS communication.

Email Communication Terms

We communicate with you via email regarding your account, services, and deal opportunities. You consent to receive emails from Deal Room HQ and agree to check your email regularly. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and updating it when it changes.

Marketing Communication Terms

We may send you marketing and promotional emails about new deals, property updates, and services. You can manage your email preferences or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

Appointment Reminder Communications

We may send you appointment reminders and confirmations via email and SMS. These transactional messages are important for our service relationship and cannot be completely opted out of. However, you can manage the frequency and method of these communications through your account settings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Deal Room HQ, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Deal Room HQ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

Deal Room HQ may integrate with or link to third-party services and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours.

Limitation of Liability
